On 2-3 September 2019, Professor Irit Mevorach participated in expert sessions at UNCITRAL (United Nations Commission on International Trade Law) in Vienna, on the development of a new regime for the insolvency of micro and small entities (MSEs). Discussions of this topic will continue in December at the next session of Working Group V (Insolvency Law) (2-6 December, Vienna).
