Professor Irit Mevorach participated at the 52nd session of UNCITRAL

Professor Irit Mevorach participated at the 52nd session of UNCITRAL (United Nations Commission on International Trade Law) which has today adopted the instruments on enterprise groups finalised by Working Group V in May: a Model Law on Enterprise Group Insolvency with Guide to Enactment, and an addition to the UNCITRAL Legislative Guide on directors obligations in a group context.
