PhD Viva success for Usmaan Siddiqui

The school is pleased to announce that Usmaan Siddiqui passed his PhD viva voce examination.

His thesis, "Guilty of Doing Nothing ... Should there be Criminal Liability for Failure to Rescue Strangers in England and Wales?", was supervised by Professor Paul Roberts and Professor John Jackson. The internal examiner was Professor Dirk van Zyl Smit and the external examiner was Professor Gavin Dingwall from De Montfort University, Leicester.
