Dr Or Bassok and Professor Menachem Mautner (Tel-Aviv University) published in Harretz an op-ed on Basic Law:Israel - the Nation-State of the Jewish People. The Israeli Supreme Court recently heard arguments chllenging the constitutionality of this Basic Law.
