Professor Irit Mevorach participates at UNCITRAL Working Group V 58th session on MSE Insolvency

The United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) Working Group V is deliberating this week (4-7 May 2021) on legislative recommendations to guide countries in the design of simplified insolvency regimes for micro and small enterprises (MSEs). Professor Irit Mevorach is participating as a UK delegate in these deliberations.
