PhD viva voce examination success - 13 May 2022

We are pleased to announce that Aakriti passed her PhD viva voce examination today.

Aakriti’s thesis ‘Towards Better Regulatory Governance of Transatlantic Trade: The Case for Labour and Environmental Standards in the EU-Canada Partnership’ was supervised by Jeff Kenner (Professor of European Law, University of Nottingham) and Dr Timothy Masiko (Assistant Professor in Law, University of Nottingham).

The examiners were Dr Scarlett McArdle (Assistant Professor in Law, University of Nottingham) and Tonia Novitz (Professor of Labour Law, University of Bristol Law School).  Howard Bennett (Hind Professor of Commercial Law, University of Nottingham) served as the chair of the examination.
