The 61st Session of UNCITRAL Working Group V: Insolvency Law will take place on 12-16 December 2022 in Vienna. Professor Irit Mevorach will participate in the deliberations as a UK delegate. The Working Group will continue its work on applicable law and on asset tracing and recovery in insolvency proceedings. Professor Mevorach's participation is supported by the ESRC Impact Acceleration fund.
