Professor Kenner comments on a review of workers rights by Prime Minister Truss

Professor of European Law, Jeff Kenner, was asked for comment by The Guardian on the topic of Prime Minister Truss risking a fresh row with EU over workers’ rights. Professor Kenner stated if there was a negative finding by the ILO, the EU may also intervene under the TCA.
