Luke Butler presented an analysis of proposed reforms of single source contract pricing regulation

On Tuesday 21 March 2023, Luke Butler presented his analysis of proposed reforms of single source contract pricing regulation to members of the Single Source Regulations Office Board in London. The regime aims to ensure value for money for the taxpayer and a fair price for contractors on defence contracts totalling £9 Billion a year. This was an excellent opportunity to learn more about the SSRO's vital work and engage in knowledge exchange with stakeholders on this important regime. The presentation was based on a provisional analysis undertaken in June 2022 and available on the Social Sciences Research Network.
