New Book Publication: Dr Eliza Varney Explores the Intersection of Disability, Human Rights, and Contract Law

Published online on 11 August 2025, with the print edition released on 31 July 2025, this important work critically examines the compatibility of English contract law with the values enshrined in the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
