Viva success - Nouf Alluhidan

Nouf Alluhidan, Professor Sara Valaguzza (joining online), and Dr Aris Georgopoulos

The School of Law is pleased to announce that Nouf Alluhidan passed her PhD viva voce examination on Monday 24 November 2025.

Nouf's thesis ‘The Legal Framework for Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) as an economic, social, and environmental Sustainability Transition in Saudi Arabia’ was supervised by Anna La Chimia (Professor of Law and Development and Director Public Procurement Research Group (PPRG), University of Nottingham) and Dr Peter Trepte (Senior Fellow in Public Procurement Law, University of Nottingham). 

The internal examiner was Dr Aris Georgopoulos (Assistant Professor, University of Nottingham) and the external examiner was Professor Sara Valaguzza (University of Milan).  Dr Joanna Wisniowska (Assistant Professor, University of Nottingham) served as the co-ordinator of the examination.
