Editor-in-Chief Eur J Obs, Gyn & Reprod Med 2001-2002, Editor-in-Chief Br J Obs & Gyn 2003-2005, Director Nottingham Clinical Trials Unit 2009-2011, chief investigator of the Growth Restriction Intervention Trial (Lancet 2004).
