The tissue bank allows members of the School of Medicine access to a variety of fresh or frozen tissue from specific sites (Colon, liver, pancreas etc.) held within NDDC GI Surgery
Investigators are required to fill in the "Tissue Bank Request Form" available from Kate Shepherd and return it for discussion by the Tissue Bank Management Group, and so long as there is tissue available and the research meets the Tissue Bank ethics, tissue will be released. (you are not required to have specific ethical approval for these studies)
