I am a clinical trial manager in the Smoking and Pregnancy research group at the University of Nottingham. I have expertise in conducting mixed-methodology research within NHS settings. I am currently managing a trial testing a behavioural support intervention, to support the use of Nicotine Replacement Therapy during pregnancy. I have a PhD in Primary Care from the University of Nottingham and an educational background in Sociology and Politics, Public Health, as well as a clinical background in midwifery.
I have expereince of teaching and supervising undergraduate and Masters research students.
