My current role within PRIMIS at the SOM is Business Implementation Lead. Previous roles included Learning Consultant, then Training Consultant and Account Manager.

  • Supporting PRIMIS commercial activities by identifying, negotiating and securing new business for the organisation overseeing the delivery process and fulfilling an account management role for customers.
  • providing consultancy services to local NHS organisations, undertaking diagnostics and providing tailored solutions to improve the quality of primary care data applying specialist knowledge of primary health care information management.

I have gained specialist knowledge and experience in clinical coding, training design and delivery, information management, data quality improvement, research support, data extraction and the analysis and interpretation of primary care information.

PRIMIS is a specialist team of health informaticians within the School of Medicine. We provide expert advice on the intelligent use of primary care data to the NHS, academics, and industry partners.
