Supplementary Information
Even though metres are for single patient use only, it isimportant that they are cleansed regularly.
Mouth pieces should be washed after each use. The patient should be taughts how to properly wash the meter itself at least every 3 months.
The meter shouild be washed using warm soapy water, rinsed in clean water and left to air dry.

Storage
The meter should be stored in its origional container between use to prevent contamination.
