The International OER community continues to grow, with some of the world’s leading higher education institutions making teaching and learning materials freely available to all.
Providing our students with easy access to these materials can help them to broaden their horizons during literature searches, view topics from
a different prospective and to develop as learners and as global citizens.
Open materials can also contribute to the advancement of pedagogy across the academic community with access to the approaches and course materials of internationally renowned institutions available for use in locally created courses.
Open Nottingham is helping to enhance the student experience by providing access to tools and information for both staff and students on how to find, use and publish open educational resources.
