We are delighted to confirm that availability of the NHS Health Check Recall quality improvement tool has been guaranteed for another twelve months.

PRIMIS has secured funding from Public Health England, which ensures the tool will continue to be free at the point of use for practices until April 2019.

NHS Health Check Recall is available to all PRIMIS Hub members via Check for Updates within CHART.

This tool helps practices by enabling a review of patients aged between 40 and 74 (without any of ten specific diagnosis codes or a prescription for statins in the last twelve months) to identify those that need to be recalled for an NHS Health Check appointment. It also incorporates an inbuilt mail merge for recall letters.
