Practices regularly using PRIMIS tools and uploading data for comparative analysis services are already being proactive in regards to long term condition management, but are they really ready for increased electronic health rocrod (EHR) interoperability?
PRIMIS has developed a new flyer outlining the ways in which its services and tools can help practices prepare.
The NHS Five Year Forward View, Local Digital Roadmaps and SNOMED CT will all impact (or are already beginning to impact) on practices. The PRIMIS Data Quality Indicators (PDQI) quality improvement tool enables both GP practices and commissioning organisation to assess, compare and improve the quality of general practice data to get a head start. This flyer explains all the ways the tool can help practices prepare.
You can view the flyer or find out more about PDQI.
