Bridget Coombs is a third-year BA Criminology student at the University of Nottingham. Her placement with Dr Kieran Phelan in the Rights Lab’s Ecosystems and Environment Programme researches the role of race in fishing and looks at how environmental change is interconnected with modern slavery.
