How to apply
We are actively seeking potential candidates who would like to develop and submit proposals on the topic of modern slavery. Our team will help you develop your ideas, offer feedback on your proposal drafts, and connect you with our academics.
We invite ideas which help our team answer six big questions:
- How many people are enslaved in the world and where are they?
- Why does slavery persist and what creates resilience against slavery?
- How is environmental change interconnected with slavery?
- How can we close the implementation gap, between principle and practice?
- What are the impacts of slavery on our economies and how can businesses tackle slavery?
- What works to end slavery and what is the Freedom Dividend for our world when slavery ends?
Each question forms a Rights Lab programme.
We also welcome any other inquiries and all proposal ideas on the topic of modern slavery.
Please contact us with a short description of your expression of interest and a brief CV by 30 July 2021.
