Rights Lab Research Fellow in Cognitive Impairment and Exploitation

Dr Aisha Abubakar works as part of the Rights Lab's Health and Communities Programme to quantitatively explore the link between cognitive impairment and exploitation. She is a Development Economist with interests on the social protection of marginalised groups including people with disabilities, women, ethnic minorities, and migrants. Aisha's previous work experience spans teaching in economics and empirical research on a myriad of poverty and social inclusion themes in Sub-Saharan Africa and Southeast Asia.
