Emily Wyman

Rights Lab Visiting Fellow in Research Impact and Evaluation Strategy

Dr Emily Wyman collaborates with the Rights Lab’s researchers on the design and delivery of high-impact research for advocacy and evaluation. Her work applies interdisciplinary research methods and findings to evaluation practice. This also involves collaborations with NGOs, INGOs and policy bodies to tackle questions such as ’what is our Theory of Change?’ and ‘how can we monitor the outcomes and impacts of our work?’. Her expertise includes methods innovation; strategic partnership engagement; and multi-sectoral cooperation for social justice impact at scale. Her previous roles in the Rights Lab include leading data impact and methods development, and managing monitoring, evaluation and learning. She has 16 years of experience with academic research in anthropology, psychology and economics, including specialisations in survey design, RCTs and qualitative research techniques.
