Rights Lab Research Fellow in Supply Chain Governance and PhD Student
Faiza Zafar works as part of the Business and Economies Programme on a UKRI-funded project that is assessing understandings of supply chain governance and its effectiveness. Her previous work with the Rights Lab included work on a UKRI-funded project about women's voices in fragile contexts. She also is a PhD student at Nottingham University Business School, where her PhD research focuses on modern slavery disclosures and corporate accountability. She was awarded the International Finance and Investment Dean's Prize for achieving the best first-class degree in the MSc in International Finance and Investment. Her research interests and expertise include modern slavery, human rights, corporate social responsibility, corporate disclosure and corporate governance.
