Dr Lisa Carroll focuses in the Rights Lab on strategy, innovation and impact, including support for strategic commercial partnerships and solutions. She has over 20 years' experience working for FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 organisations in Lean, Strategy, Innovation and Commercial (up to global VP level) and previously worked as the University of Nottingham Commercial Director. From 2019-22 she led the University's Modern Slavery Working Group, to deliver the campus response to the requirements of the UK Modern Slavery Act. This included the development of the University's Slavery-Free Campus 'blueprint' and process.
