Nidhi Sharma

UfN Co(l)laboratory Programme PhD Student

Nidhi is a PhD student in the Co(l)laboratory programme researching workplace coercion, labour exploitation and modern slavery in communities across Nottingham focusing on the lived experience. She is supervised by Dr Alexander Trautrims from the Rights Lab, Professor Ian Clark and Rich Pickford from Nottingham Trent University, and the GLAA. She previously worked as a Research Fellow at the Work Informalisation and Place research centre at Nottingham Trent University where she researched informalised employment sectors in the UK. Nidhi holds a BA in History from the University of Liverpool and a MA in Social Science Research (Sociology) from the University of Nottingham.
