Thom Davies

Thom Davies (Geography) is part of the Rights Lab's Data and Measurement Programme. He focuses on the intersections between modern slavery, refugees, migrants and environmental justice. As a human geographer, his broader focus includes toxic geographies. He has conducted research in Ukraine, Japan, France, Serbia, Bosnia and the USA using a range of qualitative techniques, and is currently working on an Antipode 'Scholar-Activist' project about border violence against refugees trapped in the Balkans.
