Richard is an academic in the School of Law at the University of Nottingham. He is interested in the regulation of technologies, and the ways that smarter manufacturing can be enabled through regulation. He is involved in the development of digital-food hybrid products, with a particular focus on the way that regulatory requirements impact on these products.
