Jose Berumen Salazar

Mixed Reality Lab

Jose is studying towards a PhD at the Mixed Reality Lab working on a project aimed to create small versions of consumer packaged goods using data to design new products and has over 8 years of research experience in the fields of cognitive psychology and neuroscience, brain-computer interfaces, and human and computer interaction. Jose holds a bachelor's in Psychology from the University of Guadalajara and a master's in Engineering Psychology from the University of Twente and has completed internships at John Hopkins University and Philips.

Working on the Smart Products Beacon ICUBE project, Jose will be analysing the human and robot interaction to provide insights for designing better relationships.
