Bioengineering Research Group attends the 25th Congress of the International Society of Biomechanics
This July, members from the Bioengineering Research Group attended the 25th Congress of the International Society of Biomechanics in Glasgow.
The Congress is the largest meeting in the field and is held every two years (2013 Brazil, 2017 Australia). In total 1260 delegates attended.
This year, Nottingham’s Bioengineering Research Group made four podium and three poster presentations. Dr Donal McNally was a member of the Scientific Board and chaired three abstract and one keynote sessions. Similarly, Alan Parish and Jensen Aw chaired abstract sessions.
Authors include Franciso Carrasco-Hernandez, Alan Parish, Cristina Isaia, Mohammed Al-Fadhi, Donal McNally, Jon Melvin, Jensen Aw, Gyorgy Kocsis, Nicola Everitt and Rebecca Pride. Clinical collaborators were Don Sharkey, David Richens and Angus Wallace.
