Dr Mingwen Bai has recently joined the team as a Research Fellow in Energy Materials to work on the EPSRC funded USC-CFB-CMM project. Dr Bai has a PhD from the University of Manchester with an excellent publication track record and he owns several patents on novel coating deposition. He will be working on developing new coatings for erosion-corrosion applications in biomass fuel-fired boilers.
