Will non-administrative services (eg counselling) be offered at the Student Service Centres or will these be provided somewhere else?

Answer:

Counselling appointments remain to be booked through the Counselling Service only. Students won’t be able to book through a Service Centre unless using the telephones/Skype to contact Counselling directly. You will be able to use the Student Service Centres to access all other support services offered by the University, so even if a particular service is not offered at the Student Service Centres, the staff will be able to point you in the right direction or arrange an appointment on your behalf. Please note that this does not include services offered by the Students’ Union.
