The panellists are:

Lord Williams of Baglan
Lord Williams was the Special Advisor to the Foreign Secretary during the first half of the Iraq War (from 1999-2005) before becoming Director for the Middle East in the Department of Political Affairs in the UN. He is now a member of the House of Lords where he has spoken about the ongoing impact of the Iraq War. He was also a witness to the Iraq Inquiry.

Major General Tim Cross
Major General Tim Cross was involved in the planning for Iraq and deployed as the Deputy in the US-led Office of Reconstruction and Humanitarian Affairs, later re-titled the CPA (the Coalition Provisional Authority). He was the most senior British officer in the CPA before assuming command of a UK Field Army Division from 2004-2007. He was also a witness at the Iraq Inquiry.

Paddy Tipping
Paddy Tipping was Labour MP for Sherwood throughout the Iraq War. He voted against the requirement of a UN Security Council resolution before the commitment of UK forces, but was absent for the vote for the Iraq war. He consistently voted against the holding of an Iraq inquiry and is currently the Police and Crime Commissioner for Nottinghamshire.
