Overview
This case-based CPD course will provide insight into how we achieve a diagnosis, formulate effective treatment plans and conduct ongoing clinical assessments in canine and feline liver and pancreatic diseases. These can pose real challenges not only in reaching a confident diagnosis but also knowing how these cases should progress on treatment and how we are best placed to make decisions around treatment changes and case reviews in ongoing cases.

- How and why the liver and pancreas go wrong
- The approach to canine and feline hepatobiliary and pancreatic disease
- How to develop an effective treatment strategy for canine and feline hepatobiliary and pancreatic disease
- How to audit the efficacy of canine and feline chronic hepatobiliary and pancreatic disease
- Appreciation of the background to hepatobiliary and pancreatic disease
- Choosing the appropriate diagnostic approach to hepatobiliary and pancreatic disease
- Choosing the most appropriate management strategies for canine and feline hepatobiliary and pancreatic disease
- Choosing when and how to follow-up canine and feline chronic hepatobiliary and pancreatic disease
