About this event

What’s standing in between you and achieving your ambitions in business? There are many obstacles entrepreneurs have to overcome to attain success. In this session, we will be exploring how you can break through some of the barriers you may be facing: both internal and external.

External barriers exist, for sure. Shockingly, even in 2022, gender and ethnicity are still proven factors that can affect an entrepreneur’s access to external finance and investment. Societal norms, biases and the preconceptions of others can feel like a mountain to climb.

Yet even in the face of these issues, perhaps the biggest barrier you’ll ever have to overcome is yourself. Your own fears, self-doubts and limiting beliefs may be holding you back more than you even realise. Imposter phenomenon is alive and well in many of us!

At this event, our panel of experts will be sharing how you can bust through some of these barriers: both those you’ve created for yourself and those that others have created for you. Join us to hear from entrepreneurs who have smashed the mould to get to where they want to be.
