On Thursday 17 October, the University of Nottingham Asia Research Institute's very own Dr Andreas Fulda will be hosting the launch of his book, The Struggle for Democracy in Mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
At the launch, Andreas will also invite guest speaker and senior journalist Didi Kirsten Tatlow.
Taking place at Five Leaves Bookshop (14a Long Row, Nottingham City Centre), from 7-8.30pm, the event is free to attend and all are welcome to do so.
