Welcome to the latest nubiz e-bulletin with all the latest news, developments and events from the Nottingham University Business School alumni community.

It has been a busy and exciting time for our alumni community since the last e-bulletin. A big thanks to all who took part in the 'Alumni Matters' survey. We will report the results in the next e-bulletin.

Congratulations to UK MBA alums Kirstie MacDonald and Mark Christian whose groundbreaking social enterprise 'Laughing Matters' has received huge interest and national media attention. We hosted a fantastic alumni drinks reception to support the successful fund-raising concert held on 13 October.

On 8 November we are 'Celebrating Business Excellence', marking over 50 years of cutting edge business education and research, and celebrating our 25th MBA anniversary at Nottingham. This landmark alumni event includes a Master Class on business ingenuity from Professors Martin Binks and Simon Mosey and an evening reunion dinner with very special guest speaker Jeff Randall - Business and Economics chief at Sky TV and Editor-at-large of The Daily Telegraph. The event will attract NUBS alumni from across the UK and internationally - offering fantastic networking opportunities - so don't miss out. More details and how to book

New research centre is launched

Nottingham University Business School has launched the Centre for Health Innovation, Leadership and Learning (CHILL) which aims to support innovation and improvement in the organisation and delivery of healthcare through undertaking cutting-edge applied health research, and by supporting the translation of evidence into practice.
