Help people survive cancer

  • Cancer is set to double in incidence worldwide within the next 30 years from 12.4 million to 26.4 million new cases per year.
  • The number of deaths each year from cancer will rise from 7.6 million to 17 million.
  • The most common forms of cancer worldwide are lung, breast, colon, stomach, prostate and liver.

Why support us?

We are ahead of the curve in early cancer detection with the aim of saving more lives. We have identified five key research areas that will allow us to have a genuine impact on health both in the UK and worldwide. This will enable us to help save more people who might otherwise die from cancer.

The potential impact is improved healthcare for both the nation and worldwide, especially in low and medium income countries. This is due to the significant improvements in the timely diagnosis and treatment of cancer that our work would bring.

Our aim at the Centre of Excellence for Autoimmunity in Cancer is to build on the success of our early detection blood test for lung cancer to develop tests for all solid cancers. We will roll out our research to tackle the following cancers:

  • Breast
  • Colon
  • Liver
  • Prostate
  • Kidney

Please help us to understand more cancers by giving a donation so that treatment can be carried out at the earliest possible stage.
