University Counselling Service

The Counselling Service is for all students and staff. We offer a range of services: groups and workshops, self-help resources, and where appropriate, individual counselling consultation.

We are here to support you in your study and work by offering confidential, professional help with personal, emotional or mental health problems that you have during your time and work at the University.

Extenuating circumstances

The Counselling Service would not normally provide evidence if a student has not had previous contact with the service. Please read the exentuating circumstances guide for more information.

The University Counselling Service is located in 'The Orchards' Building (situated behind Law & Social Sciences Building car park, next to the Millennium Garden on University Park).
