International project Less is More (LIM) 2018 is looking for project submissions for its 2018 programme. Successful applicants will have the opportunity to develop their scripts in a creative manner with the input of international experts.

The scheme is open to directors, screenwriters and artists from theatre, documentary and the visual arts. It’s ideal for filmmakers writing their first, second or third feature.

Successful applicants will learn how to develop a script with limited budget resources, as well as have the opportunity to meet potential producers, co-producers and financial partners. LIM offers filmmakers the opportunity to design their own route into limited budget feature film production.

LIM’s first year involved 16 projects from 15 countries. The programme consists of three workshops in three different European countries between March and October 2018. Regular deadlines and online sessions ensure a process of constant exchange throughout the period.

Applications close on Monday 30 October 2017. Visit the LIM website to find out how to apply.
