Monday 12 February – Friday 16 February is National Student Money Week. The annual event, organised by the National Association of Student Money Advisors, is dedicated to helping students manage their money.
This year’s event theme, ‘Where I Live’, is focused on ways that you can manage your housing and finances.
As part of the event, we’ll be setting up a stand in Portland Building where you’ll be able to find information and leaflets about topics such as renting, bills and budgeting.
We’ll also be inviting you to get involved in a photo competition and share your own tips for living in rented accommodation on the SU Facebook page, with prizes for the two best tips.
Plus, there’ll be an opportunity to sign up to a new module called ‘Blackbullion’s Budgeting’. All students who complete this module by Friday 16 February will go into a draw to win an Amazon Fire Tablet.
The stand will be available from 12-2pm, Monday 12 February – Friday 16 February at the Portland Building, University Park.
