Diversity festival launch event

Get involved in our diversity festival launch on Monday 13 June from 11am to 3pm in the Portland Building where we will embrace and celebrate difference with UK based staff, students and alumni.

Experience our formal launch in the Portland Building at 11am with Professor Robert Mokaya, Pro-Vice-Chancellor, Global Engagement, and Ifeoluwa Oyedeji, UoN Students' Union Liberation Officer for 2022/2023

Interested in discovering a new language and culture? Drop in to our language café for insights into how language and culture are so intertwined. Learn some new phrases from a whole range of languages or practice your language skills and share in cultural exchange.

Celebrate the diversity of our university community. Enjoy live performances by our diverse student societies, including K-pop and Tai chi. Enjoy free samples of diverse food and drink in 56, Saijokai, Starbucks and Subway in the Portland Food Court.
