Printing

A document can be sent to print from any computer room/public access PC and is then stored in your personal queue for up to 24 hours. You can then release it for printing from any MFD once you have logged in.

Any jobs submitted for printing will be deleted from the queue if they are not released within 24 hours.

Default Settings

The default settings are:

  • Mono - Black and white, double-sided A4.
  • Colour - Colour, double-sided A4.

The default copy and print settings can be changed to meet your requirements.

  • Once you have selected the document on the MFD, the number of pages and force monochrome settings can be changed.
