Funding available for new Development Programme for Disabled Staff

The Calibre Programme, developed by Imperial College, London, is a focussed development programme for Disabled Staff in Higher Education.

It has been designed specifically to develop and implement strategies that reflect the unique challenges and experiences of disabled academic and professional staff across the Higher Education sector. Fast paced and interactive, the programme is packed with alternative ways of looking at effectiveness and how to harness disability as strength.

This programme is aimed at disabled individuals from all grades and areas of the HE. It is suitable for academics, researchers, technicians, professional and support staff. The University’s Professional Development Unit will provide funding and travel expenses to successful candidates.
