Unfortunately, for a variety of reasons, the University occasionally has to look at making staff redundant. If this happens to you, you can expect to be consulted and receive support to help you in your next steps.
Our redeployment scheme aims to find you a new role within the University that matches your skill set.
We also offer short courses and counselling to help you.
