HRLC Research Associate Passes Viva

We would like to congratulate our Research Associate, Stuart Wallace, for passing his viva yesterday. Stuart successfully defended his doctoral thesis entitled The application of the European Convention on Human Rights to military operations.

Dr Wallace joined HRLC in September to work with Professor Jeffrey Kenner on the Fostering Human Rights Among European (Internal and External) Policies (FRAME) project. He also acts as Book Review Editor for the Human Rights Law Review, a quarterly journal edited by HRLC.
