Teaching programmes

The Institute of Asia and Pacific Studies is excited to be running a multi-site MA Asian and International Studies.

The programme draws upon the teaching expertise of staff members in the UK, China and Malaysia campuses of the University of Nottingham. Students study in the UK campus in the first semester and then choose to study either in the China or the Malaysia campus for the second semester, returning to the UK to complete their dissertation. More details are available in the prospectus.

Research degrees

If you are interested in joining us as a research student a good place to start is with the staff pages, in order to find an institute member with broadly similar interests to your own. Staff are always pleased to talk to potential postgraduate students, and can offer advice on elements of your application such as the research proposal.

More information about postgraduate study and the application process may be found in the postgraduate prospectus.

Please use our enquiry form to get in touch with queries you may have about studying with us.
