Researchers in ISS at the university have been engaging with the media. Professor Pru Hobson-West, Dr Alistair Anderson and Dr Tom Douglass are working on the EU funded VAX TRUST project.
A recent press release designed to help with recruitment was picked up by the media, and Pru gave an interview to BBC East Midlands Today which was broadcast on 9 March, and to BBC Radio Derby which was broadcast on 16 March. This week, Pru is also giving a talk to a local primary school as part of British Science Week, about what it is like to do social science on this topic.
