Research Topic

Technical Barriers to Trade Agreement in the Light of Sustainable Development

The research aims to illustrate how the Technical Barriers to Trade Agreement (TBT Agreement) could give the impact on the development of product technical regulations and standards which address environmental concerns. It then seeks to explore how the WTO developing members are responding to the transnational flow for such regulatory change, as the result of international trade and global governance. The examining analysis of the research would mainly based on trade and environmental principles.
