The EU legal framework on portability of supplementary pension rights

Konstantina Kalogeropoulou  is working in the field of European Social Law and Policy.  Her research project focuses on the portability of supplementary pensions and supplementary pension rights within the Member States.  She is describing the legal framework surrounding this issue, in order to assess in what ways and to what extent such portability is possible.
